Teach us delight in simple things,
And fun that has no bitter springs,

What others say...

"Along with an excellent handle on grammar, punctuation and sentence structure, Kathleen has an innate sense of story structure. She can find holes in the story and problems with pov and characters with the accuracy of an Olympic marksman. Add to that a gift for asking questions of both characters and writer, and you have a editor who will help your manuscript become better than you dreamed." -Lauraine Snelling, best-selling novelist, laurainesnelling.net

"As a professional writer, I'm always looking for someone who will read my work and ask hard questions about character, motivation, and conflict. Kathleen is excellent with this kind of high-level editing/brainstorming. … showing me where my writing is "lazy" and asking question after question to force me to fully develop every area. Kathleen has a gift for working with the writer to come up with solutions. I strongly recommend her services to anyone who strives for excellence in their writing." -- Kitty Bucholtz, freelance writer, BEFORE ACT ONE Coordinator, Burbank, CA.

"In diverse roles I have worked with many writers, technical and otherwise. I have seen Kathleen's work on letters, flyers, publications and articles. She has the unique ability to get inside the "head" of the communicator and to be an extension of their voice. … gets to know the audience and the speaker and allows you as speaker to retain possession of the material. … very quick with ideas to help you expand your own thoughts. Her writing is clear and concise. … great results with people who meet with her face to face and also with people via email whom she has never met." -Corky Seevinck, corky@seevinck.com

"Kathleen Wright critiqued an article for me. I used several of her suggestions and the article sold to Focus on the Family the first time I sent it out. She understood my style and her suggestions made it a much stronger piece." -Janet Pratt, Freelance Writer

"Kathleen's writing and editing skills have been a tremendous help to World Outreach in communicating the exciting and challenging works that our missionaries are involved in around the globe." -John Elliott, International Director, World Outreach

"Kathleen is a gifted editor. She offers suggestions which enable me to refine my writing without losing my creative intent. Her probing questions encourage me to press toward my best level of writing. I am blessed by her warm, professional approach to editing." -Jane Owen, Freelance writer
